Foxy Eyes Original™ outer eye corner lift surgery is a new eye surgery technique that lifts the outer corners of the eyes higher until they resemble a fox’s eyes, for the Fox Eyes look. The surgeon uses special medical devices to lift and reshape the eyes so they stand out, with an alluring, lifted look that adds charm to beautiful eyes. Beyond beauty, Foxy Eyes also corrects drooping outer eye corners very effectively. It also gives a more permanent, longer-lasting result than other outer corner lift techniques available today, and leaves no surgical scars on the face. Mini Foxy Eyes™ Foxy Eyes Original review

Who is Foxy Eyes suitable for?

  • People with drooping or downturned outer eye corners and sad-looking eyes
  • People who want to refresh their look so the face looks brighter and younger than their age
  • People who want to reshape their eyes for an alluring, lifted look that adds charm

Benefits of Foxy Eyes Original™

  • Lifts the outer eye corners and corrects drooping, downturned or downward-pointing outer corners
  • Adds charm so the eyes stand out, reshaping them for an alluring, lifted look like a fox’s eyes
  • Turns back the years so the whole face looks more youthful
  • The skin of the midface looks firmer
  • Lines at the outer eye corners improve and crow’s feet are reduced

Advantages of Foxy Eyes Original at SLC

  1. Choose how high and how lifted you want your outer eye corners
  2. Lifts the outer eye corners higher than a thread lift
  3. Does not affect the eyelid crease; people who have had double eyelid surgery can have it
  4. Foxy Eyes is an outer eye corner lift that is part way to a facelift: it helps with a youthful look and removes the excess skin left over from lifting the outer corners
  5. More permanent than other Foxy Eyes techniques
  6. No scars on the face; the small scar is hidden behind the hairline

Surgery steps

  • The surgeon designs and assesses how high to lift the outer eye corners
  • A small incision is made with a laser along the hairline at the temple
  • Fibrous tissue around the brow bone is released so the outer eye corners can be lifted to the planned height
  • A medical device is attached to lift the outer eye corners
  • Excess skin is trimmed
  • The incision is closed with medical staples instead of stitches to protect the hair roots and reduce the risk of the wound splitting open

Medical staples are a strong, durable wound-closing material that does not come loose easily, causes little tissue reaction and does not hurt when removed, so the scar heals neatly without a centipede-like mark

Why choose Foxy Eyes Original™ at SLC Hospital

  • Surgeons who specialise in Foxy Eyes and facial surgery
  • Raney Clips to clamp bleeding, which reduces bleeding and swelling and protects the hair roots, because using a laser to cauterise and stop bleeding often kills the hair roots too
  • A Thai plastic surgery hospital of Boutique Hospital standard
  • Modern operating room technology, with cleanliness and safety controlled by computer systems
  • An anaesthesiologist provides general anaesthesia on a 1:1 basis
  • Devices to prevent blood clots in cases under general anaesthesia
  • Registered nurses provide 1:1 care around the clock
  • A Personal Patient Advisor gives you personal advice about surgery
  • Excellent service, with care and follow-up after your procedure
  • Trusted by SLC patients and well regarded among international patients

How to prepare before Foxy Eyes Original

  1. Before outer eye corner lift surgery, tell your surgeon about any medical conditions, the medicines you take for them, past surgery, drug allergies and any supplements you take
  2. Stop taking blood thinners, steroids, painkillers, anti-inflammatory muscle medicines, and all vitamins and supplements at least 2 weeks before outer eye corner lift surgery (ask your doctor for advice about medicines for medical conditions)
  3. Stop smoking and drinking alcohol at least 2 weeks before outer eye corner lift surgery and continue for at least 1 week after surgery, to reduce the risk of infection after the procedure
  4. If you are currently unwell, for example with a fever, cough, sore throat, diarrhoea, an infected wound, red eyes or sore eyes, please tell the nurse at least 2 days before surgery
  5. Outer eye corner lift surgery uses local anaesthetic. You can eat normally, and you do not need to stop taking blood pressure medicine, diabetes medicine or other regular medicines
  6. Before outer eye corner lift surgery, prepare yourself mentally and try not to get too anxious. Be aware that swelling and bruising around the wound are normal after surgery, as are changes to your face after the lift, and that it takes time for the wound to heal and to get used to your new look

*During outer eye corner lift surgery, you lie with your head flat. The operation takes 1-2 hours

  2. Remove the head wrap 24 hours after the procedure, and clean the wound after removing it

  5. You can eat normally, but avoid pickled or fermented foods

Foxy Eyes Original™ reviews

Case: single eyelids, hidden eyelid crease She wanted to change her look to add charm to her eyes while turning back the clock, so Dr. Feb recommended Foxy Eyes Original to lift her outer eye corners for a seriously fierce look, plus a beauty that is not sweet and innocent but totally heart-stopping, together with Subbrow Age-Delay Lift™ to correct her drooping eyelids. After the procedure her eyes are lifted and look rounder and bigger at the same time. Spicy and sweet in perfect balance: so fierce you just have to give in

Case: no previous double eyelid surgery She wanted to reshape her eyes so they stand out and look more striking, lifting her outer eye corners upwards and turning tired eyes into bright, attractive ones. Goodbye to the “auntie” look: as she got older, however hard she worked on her make-up she still did not look her best. Her face looked worn out and her eyes looked sad, with no allure or charm. Now she shows off a bold, spicy new look that has it all. Not only does her face look

sharp and chic, like a Western-style diva, it also makes her look years younger. Stunning!

Case: previous double eyelid surgery but drooping outer eye corners made her eyes look sad, so she wanted to correct them and reshape her eyes to look more attractive. Just 7 days after Foxy Eyes Original, not only are her outer eye corners no longer drooping, the lines around her eyes are reduced too. Her eyes are lifted and alluring, truly eye-catching. More than the eyes, it is the confidence and a more charming presence. It is great for anyone who wants to change their look and leave behind a worn-out, faded image, looking brighter and more attractive than before.

Every Foxy Eyes Original™ question answered, by Khun New

Foxy Eyes Original: is it done under local or general anaesthesia?

Local anaesthesia, because the doctor also has to check how your eyes open.

Does Foxy Eyes Original hurt?

It doesn’t hurt during the procedure. The doctor gives you local anaesthetic, so of course I was numb and didn’t feel anything while the doctor worked. But does it hurt afterwards? When the anaesthetic wears off, of course you feel something, but it’s not really pain. It feels more like a migraine, a throbbing ache at the temples that comes and goes. The first night my head felt tight, especially when I laid my head on the pillow. I recommend sleeping sitting up with a neck pillow instead; it’s much more comfortable.

How many days does the throbbing last after the procedure?

I only had it on the first night when my head was on the pillow, so I switched to sleeping sitting up and it got better. + On day 2, once the head wrap came off, the throbbing went away.

What does it feel like during the procedure?

You don’t feel anything; the anaesthetic is working. But I could hear a little scraping sound while the doctor worked. As for what was going through my head, there were moments when I dozed off or zoned out and wasn’t thinking about anything, but then suddenly I’d start imagining what the doctor was doing… So I pulled myself back by thinking about handsome men’s faces. Anyone who says I’m boy-crazy, take that back right now! I’m telling you, daydreaming about men’s faces is important for me! Because then my mind doesn’t wander off to what the doctor is doing to my head. I think it really helped calm the hundred and one worries in my mind while the doctor was working.

How big is the wound, and where is it?

The incision is about 3-4 cm. The doctor hides it about 1 cm inside the hairline, so there’s no scar on the face.

Do the staples in your head hurt?

The staples in my head didn’t hurt. They’re medical staples and the best way to close a wound in this spot, because the wound closes very quickly. There’s nothing to think about around the scar because it doesn’t hurt; you can touch it and stroke it. The scar is the part where I felt no pain at all.

After Foxy Eyes Original, does your face feel sore or tight?

I didn’t feel any pain at all, except when I pressed on my eyebrows, temples, cheeks and jaw (I don’t recommend trying it). There was just the occasional throbbing I mentioned above. As for tightness, my cheekbones, under my eyes and my outer eye corners felt tight for about 3 days; after that I got used to it and it no longer felt tight.

How many days does the face stay swollen after an outer eye corner lift?

Swelling lasts for the first week; mine was most swollen on day 3. At 10 days there was still a little swelling under my eyes and at my right temple (see the very bottom for why). I think my swelling went down quickly. The important thing during recovery: don’t just lie around like a vegetable.
